Jan. 20, 2006 – Sigma Theta Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. is seeking participants, schools, organizations and vendors of locally made arts and crafts within the St. Thomas-St. John community to take part in the Annual Black Arts Festival held on Feb. 26, in Emancipation Garden.
