Jan. 25, 2006 – The Virgin Islands Carnival Committee is asking all past Carnival event judges or anyone interesting in being a judge for Carnival 2006 to pick up an application from the committee office. The office is located on lower Main Street across from the Department of Finance. This year's motto is: "Glamour and Glitz for Carnival 2006."
