Feb. 8, 2006 — A Harvard Medical School trained obstetrician and gynecologist is joining the Schneider Regional Medical Center staff.
Dr. Debra L. Wright-Francis received her bachelor's degree in biology from Harvard and Radcliffe College, and then continued on to Harvard Medical School in Boston. She completed her residency at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta. Wright-Francis was a clinical associate at East Atlanta OB/GYN Associates from 1998 to 2005.
"Rodney E. Miller, Sr., President and CEO of Schneider Regional Medical Cente, said, "We had a need for another OB/GYN specialist and Dr. Wright- Francis' credentials are impeccable. She is another example of why Schneider Regional Medical Center is fast becoming a world-class health care institution."
Francis-Wright's medical interests include teen pregnancy, primary care and preventive medicine.
