The annual 8 Tuff Miles race on St. John kicks off at 7:15 a.m. Feb. 25. Organizer Peter Alter expects close to 700 people to run or walk.
Registration is from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Feb. 20 through Feb. 24 in front of Connections in Cruz Bay on St. John. On the same dates, registration will be from noon to 2 p.m. in front of Chelsea Drug Center in the Marketplace.
Additional registration is as follows:
Maho Bay Camps from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Feb 22, Baked in the Sun from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Feb. 23, and at the Friends of the Park office in Mongoose Junction from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Feb. 24.
Participants may also register at Polli's Restaurant in Cruz Bay until Feb. 23.
St. Thomas participants can register until Feb. 22 at Caribbean Surf Co.
Registration runs $30 for adults and $15 for children 19 and under.
