Feb. 24, 2006 – Kindergarten registration for the 2006 – 2007 school year on St. Croix will be held beginning March 13 through June 26 of 2006. All children entering kindergarten must be five years old on or before Dec. 31, 2006, in order to be eligible for registration. Registration will be conducted from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday, at the Office of Pupil Personnel Services located at the Theodora Dunbavin Complex in La Grande Princesse.
Parents wishing to register a child are required to provide these documents: the child's original birth certificate; Virgin Islands Immunization Card with clearance form from the Charles Harwood Hospital attached; proof of parent's physical address (such as, a driver's license, voter's ID, cable TV bill, WAPA bill); the child's Social Security card; and an affidavit of legal guardianship if the student does not reside with the parents.
Parents are advised that a V.I. immunization card with an attached (blue) clearance form issued at the Immunization Clinic at the Charles Harwood Memorial Hospital is mandatory. No exceptions will be made.
