Public is Invited to Weigh in on Health Insurance Bill
The public is invited to a town meeting at 5:30 p.m., Wednesday, March 1, sponsored by Sen. Craig Barshinger. The meeting, which will take place at the Palms Court Harbourview Hotel on St. Thomas, is being held to inform the public of Bill No. 26-0194, which seeks to provide mandatory health insurance for all employees in the Virgin Islands.
Several panelists, Sen. Barshinger and other members of the Senate Health, Hospital & Human Services Committee will be on hand to provide answers to questions raised by the public.
