March 16, 2006 – The Education Department is seeking to fill several positions with qualified applicants for vacancies within its maintenance division.
The following positions are available:
St. Croix District:
-Carpenter
-Construction Foreman
-Electrician
-General Maintenance Worker
-Maintenance Mechanic
St. Thomas/St. John District:
-Mason
-General maintenance worker
Candidates for maintenance positions are required to submit a criminal background check and recent pre-employment drug test, in addition to being subject to random drug testing upon employment, according to a press release from the Office of Human Resources.
