March 28, 2006 – All government agencies, organizations and individuals who have utilized the services of the Virgin Islands Department of Education's video-teleconferencing centers during the period of Oct. 1, 2004 and the present are asked to contact the department's office of public information and community relations at 774-0100, ext. 3136.
The PICR office is seeking information about the services provided and fees incurred for these services, according to a press release from Education.
