May 5, the casino will have specials on Mexican food and beers, a meriachi band will seranade the casino in the evening, and Sabor Latino will play from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.
May 6 is Kentucky Derby Day. There is a hat parade right after the horse race, and Beachcomber's Gold Club members can earn bonus entries with tickets purchased in the casino's Turf Club. The bar will have mint julep specials that day as well. The Triple Crown drawings start that day as well. The drawings will continue May 20 with the Preakness.
The casino will close at 5 a.m. Sunday, May 7 for the Half Ironman challenge on St. Croix.
May 15, Divi Carina Bay will host a Splash of Cash Blackjack tournament May 15.
The Wacky Wednesday Invitational Slot Tournament this month is from 5:15 p.m. to 8 p.m. May 17.
The World Series of Poker Satellite Tournament is May 20 and 21, with the first place winner gaining entry into the World Series of Poker Tournament Championship in Las Vegas. Register at the Beachcomber's Club.
The Queen for a Day drawing is May 30, with female Beachcomber's Gold Club members able to pick two flowers daily for up to 12 entry tickets. Winners will be drawn May 30 from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m.
The Beachcomber's Gold Club Monthly Birthday Celebration is May 31.
