Aug. 22, 2006 – Megel G. Barthley, age 74, of Estate Upper Love, passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 17, at the Juan F. Luis Hospital.
He is survived by his wife, Cashina Barthley; daughters: Icilma Barthley and Bernadine Vacher; sons: Leroy and Elderfield Barthley; grandchildren: Shawn, Cameal, Shenique, Chavez, Kayvon and Akaira; and adopted grandchildren: Rahime and Rahsaan. He is also survived by sisters: Lyda Galloway, Joycelyn Royer and Veda Sealey; adopted sister, Mona Williams; as well as many relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., on Saturday, Aug. 26, at The Faith of Christ Ministries, Estate Upper Love. It will be immediately followed at 11 a.m., by a funeral service. Interment follows at the Kingshill Cemetery.
