Nov. 2, 2006 – The UVI Jazz Ensemble's Fall Concert is scheduled for 8 p.m., on Saturday, Nov. 4, in the Dining Pavilion on the St. Thomas campus. Under the direction of conductor Martin J. Lamkin, the concert will feature vocalists Eugenia Chapman and Besha Liburd. The program will include classic standards such as "Willow Weep For Me," "Summertime" and "In the Wee Small Hours of the Morning" as well as music by Stevie Wonder and James Brown.
Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for students. Tickets are available from the UVI Humanities Division, the Music Department and Jazz Ensemble members. For further information, contact Martin J.
