Dear Source:
I have listened and read up on what is needed to be a delegate for the VI Constitution. I have gone to the website also. The one thing that I do not still understand and am sure many others do not also, is what defines a bona fide resident. Is there anyone that can inform us all as to what it takes to prove that any US Citizen on these islands is also a bona fide resident?
