April 10, 2007 — Realtor Roger B. Minkoff, of Minkoff & Associates, has recently been appointed the exclusive Cabela's Trophy Properties (CTP) participating broker for the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Well-known for expertise in V.I. and international real estate as a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Minkoff and his real estate brokerage has also been appointed the exclusive international region manager.
In 2004 Cabela's began a recreational real estate listing service, Cabela's Trophy Properties. Cabela's, "the world's foremost outfitter," is an NYSE-listed company with over $2 billion in annual sales.
