UVI SBDC to Hold Seminar on EDA Programs

Oct. 3, 2007 – The University of the Virgin Islands Small Business Development Center (SBDC) in collaboration with the Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority (EDA) will present a seminar: "EDA Programs for Small Businesses." It will be held from 6-8 p.m., on Thursday, Oct. 11, at the UVI SBDC Training Facility, Nisky Center, Suite 720. The presenter will be Carolyn Henry, senior loan officer of the Government Development Bank. Admission for the seminar is free.
EDA has some programs and benefits that are available for small businesses. Come and gather information that can help you to start, grow and maintain your business. Be proactive instead of reactive.
