Oct. 10, 2007 – There will be a change this week in the slaughtering schedule at the St. Thomas abattoir. Livestock will be accepted on Wednesday, Oct. 10, at the Estate Nadir facility for slaughtering on Thursday, Oct. 11, according to a press release from the V.I. Department of Agriculture. Normal operational hours will resume next week. The management of the VIDOA apologizes for any inconveniences this change may cause.
