I am pleased to read that WAPA is taking steps to save money. Again, however, I ask WAPA to consider greater support for and use of solar energy. What could WAPA do to make it more affordable for individual homeowners as well as businesses to have solar power?
Recently, I saw a program in which Munich, Germany, is around 70% solar powered. The US is extremely low–I think around ten percent. I really want to use solar power, but so far it is too expensive, especially for someone not in her twenties or thirties–it has to be sufficiently affordable in terms of return on initial investment to get the money back in my lifetime and then save from there.
