D. Hall…you left off Donna Christiansen on you list of Xmas Grinches in the mail system. She has been 'fixing' the flow of mail for at least 6 years with no relief resulting in efficient mail services.
I am personally looking forward to my after Christmas sale catalogs arriving in May 2008, as they did in prior year's!!!!
