Every Wednesday join the crowd at Iggies Beach Bar and Grill at Bolongo Bay for its famous Cruzan Carnival Extravaganza. There is great entertainment featuring live calypso music with the Sammy Watts Combo, fire walking, broken bottle dancing, mocko jumbies and dancing in the sand. There is also a Caribbean buffet with a wide variety of local specialties. The buffet opens at 6:30 p.m. with entertainment beginning at 8 p.m.
