Dear Source:
Whatever can be done to eliminate the congestion caused by the overpopulation of taxi trucks, vans, etc would be helpful. The taxis are too numerous and they cause traffic jams, and add to the general pollution of the environment. A water taxi is a better way to access the docks and downtown. It worked a hundred years ago, why not bring it back?
