Feb. 29, 2008 — Water-distribution technicians will perform leak-detection surveys from 6 a.m. through 6 p.m. Saturday in the Nisky, Contant and Lindberg Bay areas, according to a news release from the V.I. Water and Power Authority.
"During all leak-detection survey periods, customers in the designated areas can expect water interruptions for up to three hours, with other, shorter intervals should the need arise," the release said. "All efforts will be exhausted to reactivate service expeditiously."
Customers in these areas will be impacted by the survey:
— China Man Hill (Nisky) intersection inward to Victor's Hideout (and surrounding areas);
— China Man Hill (Nisky) intersection to Contant Knolls Apartments; and
— China Man Hill (Nisky) westward to the airport, Contant West and Lindberg Bay.
