The Ms. Virgin Islands/Puerto Rico Friendship Pageant will be held at 5 p.m., on Sunday, Sept. 28, at the Frederick Dorsch Cultural Center in Frederiksted. Two contestants will vie for the title: Olga Martinez and Jana Weston.
Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children under 12. Adults at the door will be charged $15.
