The Friends of St. Thomas Public Libraries (FOSTPL) will meet at 5:45 p.m., on Thursday, Jan. 8, at the Enid M. Baa Public Library. The meeting will be for the final preparation for the organization's annual meeting, which is set for Saturday, Jan. 24. All members are asked to be on time and have their reports and updates ready.
