Feb. 13, 2009 – FirstBank, First Express and First Insurance will be closed in observance of Presidents' Day on Monday, Feb. 16 at all U.S. Virgin Islands locations, according to a press release from FirstBank.
Hours will resume as normal on the following business day. The ATM network and Internet Banking services are available 24/7.
