March 17, 2009 – Rotary Club of St. Croix will meet from noon to 1 p.m., on Thursday, March 19, at Gertrude's Restaurant on Hess Road. The luncheon will feature guest speaker Julie Landreneau, the new executive director of the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Virgin Islands. She will talk about the upcoming reopening of their Christiansted Club on April 6, and the major changes and financial challenges facing this vital organization for young people.
The luncheon is open to the public of all ages. All Rotarians, guests and the media are welcome. A buffet lunch is available at a cost of $15.
