March 23, 2009 – St. Croix Landmarks Society will present the final concert as part of its Music at Whim, Candlelight Concert Series on Easter weekend, at 7:30 p.m., on April 10 and 11. Good Friday’s performance will take place after sunset allowing worship activities to finish. March Thayer, violinist, and Maryse Carlin, harpsichordist, will perform.
These concerts provide both an avenue to raise funds as well as to carry out the organization’s mission to provide cultural performing arts/music education to the people of St. Croix and its visitors.
Please make reservations early, as seating is limited. Ticket prices for Friday night performances are $35; Saturday night performances are $45 and include a post-concert artist reception. Concertgoers can reserve a “Boxed Dinner on the Lawn” until noon on Friday before the concert for $20, which includes one beverage.
