Women With Focus Inc invites seniors to improve their health by learning to make simple changes naturally while staying active. The meeting will be held at 2 p.m., on Friday, April 24, at the Adrian Senor Center. The guest speaker will be Loving Jay of St. Croix, a certified nutritional consultant.
