Trinidad native and Grammy Award-winning artist Billy Ocean, best known for his hit songs "Caribbean Queen," When the Going Gets Tough, The Tough Get Going," "There'll Be Sad Songs (To Make You Cry)," and "Lover Boy," will perform at 8 p.m., on Saturday, May 16, at The Reichhold Center for the Arts.
In 2008, he made a triumphant return to the music scene with the release of "Wilburforce" and performed at the St. Kitts Musicfest.
