Dear Source:
We have been residents of St. Croix for over 20 years and frequently use cabs to and from the airport. Our drivers have always been prompt and courteous, and by now, all know how to find our house. Once in a while one might use his cell phone, which is against the law, but that is the only minor complaint. Perhaps the St. Thomas drivers are a different breed. I have heard that they are not as nice as ours.
