St. Croix Rotary West Club will name longtime Rotarian Deborah Francis Howell as its new president during an Installation Ceremony and Dinnerscheduled for 6 p.m., Saturday, July 11, at the club’s community center in Frederiksted.
Everyone is invited to come out to give support to the new president. Tickets can be purchased from West Rotarians for $35.
