On July 7, at the Windward Passage Hotel, Rotarians, friends and family joined together to witness the changing of hands as Ilka F. Webster was sworn in as the 25th president of the Rotary Club of Charlotte Amalie for 2009-2010.
Webster has been a dedicated and active member the service organization since 1999. Her vision for this year is “to provide service to our ever-changing community.”
As her first call to order President Webster installed her 2009-2010 board of directors: Joseph Felicien, Lenore Edgecombe, Dennis A. Dussault, Sylvanie Rhymer, Marjorie Smith, Tess Monsanto, A. Dolores Parker, Norma P. Samuel, Agnes Jackson, Janice Rey, Ellen Murraine, Delma G. Hodge, Raymond Green, Shirley Monsanto and Michelle Vanterpool.
Chartered on June 8, 1985, by Rotary International, the Rotary Club of Charlotte Amalie is a humanitarian service
organization of business and professional leaders that provides service to the community.
Webster is married to Chrisbin Webster and has two daughters and a son.
