Steve Simon will present the first St. Thomas Blues Festival. It will star Blues Music Award nominee Curtis Salgado; International Blues Challenge Winners Trampled Under Foot; and two-time Blues Music Award winner Eden Brent. It will be held at 8 p.m., Jan. 22, at Reichhold Center for the Performing Arts.
