There will be a meeting of the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 23, in the PSC office located at No. 1003 Estate Ross, Barbel Plaza, Suite No. 4, St. Thomas. After the call to order and executive session, there will be a discussion of ferry boat matters (6:30 p.m.) and WAPA matters.
