Yolanda Ramos Laurent of Annas Hope died on Dec. 19, at her residence, after a long battle with cancer. She was 45 years old.
She is survived by her son, Conrad Sylvester Laurent Jr., known as CJ; and daughter, Precious Lace Laurent; father, Agapito Ramos; mother, Dominga Ramos; brother, Agapito Ramos Jr.; sisters: Carmen Navarro and Paulina Croskey; brothers-in-law: Ruben Navarro and Rameek H. Croskey; sister-in-law, Rosario Cavero Ramos; nephews: Javier Navarro, Keemar E. H. Croskey, Allan Agapito Ramos, Bryan Agapito Ramos; nieces: Christabelle Ramos, Gladys E. Ramos, Sarai Aroche (Ramos); great nephew, Ucielo Aroche; uncles: Wilfredo Rivera, Paulino Rivera, Carlos Ramos, Fernando Rivera, Eulogio Ramos, Francisco Ramos, Adriel Garcia, Angel L. Gomez and Isaias Orengo; and aunts: Paulina Rivera Brache, Carmen Rivera, Petra Rivera, Patria Rivera, Nereida Garcia, Andrea Gomez, Angelita Orengo, Candida Ramos, Rosa Rivera and Zulma Ramos. There will be a viewing at 9 a.m. and a funeral service at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 24, at the Kingshill Chapel. Interment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery. The family requests that all in attendance wear festive colors.
