Ulric Pilgrim, chairman of the board, has announced that the new and improved taxi license plates are available at the offices of the Virgin Islands Taxicab Commission. All taxi operators who are currently operating taxis that are registered in the territory are being asked to bring in the existing set of license plates and have them replaced with the new and improvedlicense plates. A $50 plate user fee is due at the time of exchange.
