Edwin Francis Golden, also known as "Chicken," died on Feb. 19, at his residence. He was 70 years old.
He is survived by his companion, Juliana; daughters: Eloise Quinones and Joan Osowski; adopted daughter, Tania; son, Edwin F. Golden Jr.; adopted son, Raul; grandchildren: Luisa E. Rivera, Luis E. Quinones Jr., Edwin F. Golden III, Edwin Golden Batista, Richard Osowski, Thomas Osowski, Kenneth Osowski and Nicholas Osowski; great-grandchildren: Antonio Marcus, Jessica Ruiz and Elijah Rivera; sister, Rita LaNear; and brothers: Arnold, Louis J., James and Mario Golden. He is also survived by sons-in-law: Luis E. Quinones and David R. Osowski; special nephew, Louis Spoon; nieces and nephews: too many to mention; cousins: the Pedersens and the Espinosas; sisters-in-law: Catherine, Melanie, Laverne, Carmen and Hermoine Golden; special friends: The Magicians Sport Club, The Monarchs Basketball Team members, the Morales family, the Lang family, the Thomas family, the Knight family and the Farchettes; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A viewing will take place at 10 a.m. and a funeral service at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, March 1, at Holy Cross Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery.
