Satisfy your sweet tooth and help the St. Croix Animal Welfare Center (AWC) at the Sundae Funday Ice Cream Social and Pie Party at Polly’s at the Pier. The event takes place in the Polly’s at the Pier courtyard in Frederiksted from 2-6 p.m. on Sunday, April 18. The event will feature a build your own sundae bar and homemade pies and desserts. A pie raffle and auction will be held to raise additional funds to benefit the homeless pets of St. Croix AWC. Several kid-friendly activities will be held as well. A $5 entry fee will be charged, but all kids and well-behaved pets may enter for free.
“We are grateful to the owners of Polly’s at the Pier for hosting what is sure to be a unique and fun event to raise awareness of our work at the center,” said Gretchen Sherrill, shelter coordinator. We want to welcome everyone to come out with their families and their well-behaved pets for an afternoon of sweet treats and fun.”
