Charlotte Amalie High School will hold a mandatory meeting andorientation session for eighth graders who expect to be freshmen at CAHS during the 2010-2011 school year and their parents, according to a press release from Principal Carmen Howell.
The orientation will be held at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, May 19, in the Ruth E. Thomas Auditorium. Students must be accompanied by their parents and mustbe properly attired in their school uniforms to be admitted. Howell said, “Important information will be shared on expectations, regulations, uniforms and career preparation. Students and parents will also select courses for the upcoming school year and purchase the requisite two novels for summer reading.”
