Rotary St. Thomas East is again selling 2010 Dining Out Books for $25 each. They contain 27 coupons (two for one) for lunch or dinner at restaurants on St. Thomas and St. John, ranging from pizza to fine dining. All proceeds from the sale of these books fund an annual scholarship to the University of the Virgin Islands awarded to a graduate of Eudora Kean High School.
