The Virgin Islands Port Authority’s Governing Board of Directors will hold its regularly scheduled monthly meeting at 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 28, in the third-floor conference room of the Virgin Islands Port Authority Administration Building on St. Thomas, adjacent to the Cyril E. King Airport terminal.
