WAPA Power Woes Impacting Innovative Cable Service

Due to technical problems at the V.I. Water and Power Authority’s Randolph Harley Power Plant, Innovative Cable TV customers may be experiencing outages on St. Thomas, according to an Innovative release issued Monday.
This disruption has already caused cable outages in the following areas: Hull Bay, Peterborg, Bordeaux, Lerkenlund, Long Bay, Raphune Hill, Frydendahl, Red Hook, Sapphire, Mariendhal, and Smith Bay.
“Innovative has been advised that WAPA technicians will continue working on this widespread interruption and will continue to be updated throughout the process,” said Dennis Chance, Innovative vice president of engineering and operations.
For cable TV or phone repairs, Innovative customers calling from landlines should dial 912.
Customers using wireless phones can reach repair centers at (340) 778-1742. Please have telephone number, account number, address, description of problem, and brief directions ready.

As part of ‘Innovatives’ new structuring and zeal to move forward and provide top notch services, they should go “GREEN” and put up wind and solar power for their office location(s)including the head ends etc.., to reach the new ideals they are putting forth and become a leader in REAL innovation.
