The St. Croix District Governing Board of Directors of the Virgin Islands Hospital and Health Facilities Corporation will hold its regular monthly meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 17, in the third floor classroom at Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital. All board meetings are open to the public.
