Governor John P. deJongh Jr. will convene a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 24. The meeting will be held at the VIPFA, No. 32-33 Kongens Gade, St. Thomas.
