Governor John P. de Jongh Jr. will convene a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority at 3 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 20. The meeting will be held at the VIPFA, No. 32-33 Kongens Gade, St. Thomas, according to a press release from VIPFA.
