The St. Croix offices of the V.I. Department of Agriculture will be closed on Friday, Jan. 14 to allow employees to attend an appreciation celebration. The St. Thomas and St. John offices will be open. The St. Croix offices will reopen on Tuesday, Jan. 18, following the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday, according to a press release from VIDOA Commissioner Louis Petersen
