Virgin Islands Council on the Arts (VICA) has established its first annual award to recognize and celebrate the achievements of young artists in the territory. The deadline for Young Emerging Artist Honors (YEAH) will be on April 29. Awards will be given out to 10 eighth graders and 10 twelfth graders who have shown exemplary and innovative talents in the arts. Awards range from $2,000 to $5,000.
