Bill No. 29-0028 – An Act amending Title 19, V.I.C., chapter 21, to correct, clarify and revise certain provisions of law regarding repair of structures in the Coastal Zone and for other purposes.
The committee will also discuss Fort Christian Rehabilitation and Renovation update, mandatory recycling, composting and separation of waste in the Virgin Islands.
