In celebration of St. John Carnival, the Virgin Islands Lottery is releasing a traditional Lottery ticket featuring original artwork from St. John’s Gifft Hill School.
Kevermay Douglas, Virgin Islands Lottery chief of staff, said, “Carnival as seen through the eyes of children is a reminder of the colors, the pageantry, the music and costumes. We are pleased to showcase the very fine art for our St. John students as part of the Lottery’s Youth Enrichment Program than funds education, music and sports activities for young Virgin Islanders.”
