Chairman Governor John P. deJongh Jr. will convene a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Virgin Islands Next Generation Network (viNGN) at 10 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 26. The meeting will be held at the Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority, No. 32-33 Kongens Gade, St. Thomas.
