The Magens Bay Authority invites the public to view and share the master plan for developing Parcel 14 into a park that maintains the existing aspects of the property. The plan will be on display at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 3, at Smith Bay Beach. The construction of the new road to the park will now commence. The road permit is CZM Minor Permit CZT-31-10 (L).
