The Disability Rights Center of the Virgin Islands in conjunction with V.I. Family Information Network on Disabilities (VIFIND) invites the public to attend an individualized-education program training. Inform yourself about a free and appropriate public education for your child. The facilitator will be Archie Jennings. It will take place from 9 a.m. to noon, on Saturday, Nov. 12, at the Disability Rights Center at 9003 Havensight Mall, suite 313.
